Membership

We encourage all residents of Brooke Smith, Oakdale Place and Lezzieton Terrace to join: Homeowners, Renters, Seniors and Area Businesses. The Civic Club is a place to get to know your neighbors, find out about neighborhood issues; such as crime statistics, new development, area road work and other issues that effect our community and our quality of life. As a member you will also be notified of MBCC happenings!

Membership annual dues are as follows:

$15.00 Homeowner

$10.00 Renter

$6.00 Seniors (over 65)

$25.00 Businesses Business Members who pay for a yearly ad in our newsletter also get their business listed for free in the Business Directory on this site.
