A small silver lining to the unfortunate demolition of our Welcome to Brooke Smith sign in the Cavalcade esplanade at Airline is that we have a short window to add to the number of engraved bricks! (All previously purchased engraved bricks will be re-created for the new sign.).
For $250, you may have an engraved brick included in the renovated sign. Please use the link below to pay for your brick, and then send an email to peggy@montiebeach.org and juan@montiebeach.org with the text you would like engraved on your brick BY SUNDAY MARCH 15, 2020, at midnight. The text may be two lines with up to 22 characters/spaces per line. The finalized list will be sent to Metro Monday morning so that their subcontractor may begin the process of recreating our sign. - Peggy Robinson, President
As the brick and mortar portion of the signs were paid for, and the replacement will be covered by the subcontractor who unfortunately demolished our sign at Cavalcade and Airline, all funds generated by the sale of new engraved bricks over the next 4 days will be used to cover landscaping and irrigation around the signs.
